UKCAT preparation courses
26 UK medical and dental schools require a UKCAT score for entry into their programmes. The UKCAT test is notoriously hard to prepare for as it tests the candidate's aptitude rather than knowledge. However, our UKCAT preparation course will introduce you to effective test-taking skills and score-raising strategies. Students are normally given one paper based test and simulated on-line tests to familiarise themselves with the format of the UKCAT test. This will help increase performance on the test day.
Personal statement and interview practice
The personal statement on your UCAS application is a great chance to show your enthusiasm, pro-activity and motivation. You should demonstrate to the admission officers that you know what is involved in a medical or dental career and persuade them with a genuine and thought out reason as to why you want to be a doctor/dentist.
